The Support portion of Lionel's website is back up this morning.

By the way, I don't see a connection between part of Lionel's website being down--these things happen and are an IT issue--and response time from Lionel's customer service department.

And re customer service, since so much of our hobby is seasonal, aren't the winter months naturally a time when the workflow in customer service increases exponentially?

This is just my second year being a member in the months after Christmas.  Last year there was the same posts.  And there were also posts saying it was the same in years past lol  Ive posted the same thing you did a time or two lol

This problem still persists for me after trying three different browsers on Mac devices and IE on a Windows PC. On Macs either the support page simply comes up blank or there's a "server dropped connection" message; IE suggests that there's an insecure cipher being used by the website, which I guess means vulnerability to hacking issue.

Maybe those who are getting through to lionelsupport.com are using older browsers? If anyone's got a workaround I'd appreciate knowing what it is.
