Switcher Saturday is a weekly thread celebrating the smaller locomotives that do the big work of railroading. This thread is always open to all scales and gauges 🙂.
In my continuing quest to keep things interesting, I stumbled across this.
Here we have Italian shunter class FS 235. This classic example was photographed by reddit user OrobicBrigadier. It was in the Pietrarsa railway museum near Naples.
We also have a few shots from the archives, namely an ETS mini-mallet, and a former WM unit at the Middletown and Hummelstown RR.
