Happy SWSat!
Welcome to the September 9th edition of SWSat! Your Yardmaster was knocked down, but not out this week. Been recovering from COVID! AGAIN!
Actually the 3rd time I've had it. This one came and went quickly, but it still sucks! I've been working on the layout on and off for the past few days, but I'll go to the archives to start us off.
For the uninitiated- SWSat is a fun place to jump into the engineers seat on a GEEP, ALCO, End-cab, 0-4-0 steamer or saddle tanker, Plymouth, or even a Track-mobile. The thread is open to all gauges, shapes, and sizes, foreign or domestic, old or new, so feel free to share what you like.
Just make sure you own the pictures you are posting, or get permission to post from the owner.
One task I took care of was to clean my track. I didn't take new pix but here's some pix from when I built my custom MOW body for my All-nations car. Here's my K-line LIRR # 168 MP-15. This engine is from the Greenport Scoot set. I bough the set from Trainz in 2017. These K-line MP-15's are great engines. I've wired all of mine in series since they are jack-rabbit fast.
So here we go, throttle at notch 2.......
Have a great weekend!
