Switching the Port of Wilmington (DE)

It's Tuesday Aug 4, 2020 & NS light switcher #5308 has just cleared the Pigeon Point Rd crossing. The brakeman, I guess, just scrambled inside after flagging the new, but not yet operable, crossing. Rain & winds are building as the remnants of Hurricane Isaias churn thru Delaware. In a few hours many local roads & tracks will become flooded.
