Just curious if anyone has experience dealing with them online? Good, bad, etc? Is their stock listing accurate?

Purchased from them many times. No issues, great website. Good place to deal with. Please note I've never called them or had an issue with an order so I can't really comment on "after the sale" service.
Yes, I was just there this past Saturday. Go there anytime I am back home in Ohio. I usually spend hours in there just because of the inventory they have. I have been going to that place since I was a boy. Seems to be strong, if not stronger, than it was then.
The service is great, good prices, nice selection of MTH, Rail King, Lionel, and Atlas. I said all that and I can only say I purchased one item from them online but that experience was a good one.

Great prices and prompt shipping! I shopped there several times last year for MTH ScaleTrax items. They had stuff that was long-ago sold out at many other MTH ScaleTrax dealers (especially considering not all MTH dealers carry the ScaleTrax product-line to begin with).
they're only 45 minutes away from me, so I only have bought in person. Tons of new stuff, not so much used, but I always find something to bring home.

Well so far I am extremely impressed. Their web communication system is fantastic, gives updates at each stage. Ordered last night, shipped out today. Already have live tracking details from UPS. As long as everything arrives in good order, they have a repeat customer guaranteed.
I've ordered a couple of times from them online over the years. Good prices, some items on sale, prompt delivery. Never had a problem. I highly recommend them.
