Brothers, I heard through a very reliable source that dad has now aquired the houses on his side of the block and has now got a contractor doing work to connect the basements. Also he put in a request to the town council to have the street renamed to Menards Blvd..............Paul

Your probably not to far off!

This would be nice! Plus Menards can make a Beer can or bottle water tower.

Now this will just be a stand to hold your favorite beer brand when drinking.

They also could include a sign on the brewery that you can print the name of the beer for the brewery name, cut it out and slide it into a sleeve on the brewery. This way Menards does not have to print any names.

This could be a Brewery or soda factory

Bottle and demolished building.

Just a note:

iF THE BEER BOTTLE FALLS AND BREAKS YOU CAN ALWAYS ADD IT TO A FLAT BED TRUCK OR FLAT CAR?

Dad should be proud of me I just ordered the Materials Plant. I only pondered about it for a couple of days. This will make a good loading facilty for the coal mine I am going to build. I think the best thing is when every month is Christmas...............Now watch with my luck, although I am getting the 11%, the next week will probably have something thrown in for free..............Paul

I received my American Materials Plant today via Priority Mail.  Ordered it Tuesday morning and got it today.  There were problems when it arrived.  The outer box appeared okay but I could hear things moving around inside.  When I opened it, it appeared to be well protected but one of the animated signs was detached.  All the hand railing was broken from the posts at each corner of the building on the first level and at the ladder where it attached at the first level.  The railings on the top level were fine and unbroken.  Also the base on one side was cracked on both ends allowing the base to swing inward.  If I had not been very careful in removing it from the package it would have broken off completely.  Rather than try to repack it and return it,  I went ahead and used super glue to reattach the railings and the animated sign.  I also used a some super glue along the cracks on each end.  When I connected the plant to power all the lights and signs worked perfectly.  The way Menards packed it seemed it should have protected it as there were cardboard inserts and foam to try and keep the package from moving inside the box.  I think the problem was there was nothing to keep the plant from moving inside the plastic see through packaging.  The pictures show the cracks.  It's another nice building from Menards, I just wish it had arrived unbroken.

Looking at the way the building sits inside the plastic see through packaging, there’s no guarantee the next one would arrive unbroken.  I spent about ten minutes gluing the railing and the sign and it’s good to go.  I wish I lived near a Menards so I could just get it from the store.  The closest Menards is 230 miles away.

Still waiting for the BREWERY!!!!!!!!!  21-patiently-waitingWild Mary, I used your expression because I am like you waiting but not off the deep end for one yet. I have surpressed my urge by when it comes over me I buy a train. Unfortunately the urge comes so often for a brewery that I am running out of space to store what I buy. Dad may have thrown out a small olive branch to us by posting that truck and if that is the case I will be in for one even though I have been working on my own brewery. There is nothing wrong with beer competition....................Paul
