As many may have noticed the TCA Headquarters News was a little late arriving. I suspect it has to do with the extra time for the mail house to put it in an envelope along with a ballot. Regardless, all ballots must be received no later than April 1st. That is one week from today! If you don't already know, about 1/8 - 1/10 of the membership decides who the officers of the organization will be. If you truly want to have your voice heard, carefully read the candidate information and vote. Thank you!

I have already sent my ballot back.

Jon,
It's truly amazing that so few can decide the outcome in an organization of so many members. Yet, in most cases the ones that scream the loudest are the ones who do not vote. I mailed mine last Saturday.
When did the ballots go out?
I have not received one.

My ballot will be going into tomorrow's mail. Have to pick up a book of stamps at the local Walgreen's on my way home later today.

When one considers the percentage of people voting in government elections, its not surprising in the least.

Allan (and others),
The ballot is postage paid. It doesn't need a stamp. Just put an X in the appropriate box, fold as instructed, tape both halves together, and mail it.
I mailed mine yesterday.
Please vote today!
For anyone who isn't on the TCA email distribution list, the deadline for voting has been extended to April 15th due to the late delivery of the Headquarters News.
No excuses not to vote now! TCA is an evolving organization just like this entire hobby and it is the members who make the difference by electing candidates into office to lead the organization into the future.

Will do! It will be in tomorrow's mail! If you're a TCA member and don't vote, you shouldn't gripe about what the organization does or does not do. And all here know that I like to gripe on occasion.
I do vote, but being very new in the TCA this year I do not know enough to make a intelligent vote for either individual running for election. I will pass this year, but be paying more attention for the next election. You can bet I will not be griping either way.
Already done.
