What's being loaded, unloaded, parked, or exhibited on your railroad?

Team tracks and transload facilities have long been an important part of railroad operations. They can be found in rural countrysides, small towns, and large cities. These non-dedicated sidings make it possible for any local businesses to access to the nation's rail network. Virtually any type of freight car can be on/off loaded here.

We are not picky here at the Team Track - Any siding will do. Join in the fun, share some pictures of freight being on or off loaded along your railroad empire (pictures of real trains are always welcome, too).

abbrail - thanks for throwing the switch to the team track this morning!!  We can get all our "photo freight " set out here on the thread all day today  Great vintage team track photos too btw  Hopefully more folks will join in the TTT fun and post their photos of their team track operations and/or real team track operations

Today on Team Track One in Lower Patsburg the off loading of freight car trucks is taking place.  Big Hooker, maneuvered by a Plymouth switcher, has been called in to do the heavy lifting.  A drop end gondola was employed to transport the trucks.

Leo seems to be the director of operations.   In his off time Leo is the conductor of the local community brass band.  Its seems he always needs a podium whenever he conducts be it the brass band or the team track. LOL! IMG_2617

Just two more freight car trucks to go.  These trucks will be temporarily stored on Team Track One until space is cleared over at the freight car shop.   IMG_2620

A sure sign that spring is near, Florkowski Bros. Tool and Supply Co. received a carload of garden tools and supplies.

Back on track 3, work continues on the restoration of old 8300. A photographer from the Valley Sentinel was out earlier to grab a few pictures. The Railway and the Sentinel have never seen eye to eye, so most of the guys were reluctant to be in the photo.
