A big thank you to Don Kane for going out of his way to provide me with a custom made coal load for the repro Lionel 6-51501 B&O Hopper from the LTI era semiscale set. This car was produced without a coal load, as was its predecessor. Very pleased with it, and very appreciative of his efforts.

Don makes the nicest loads available. Not to mention he is one of the best people you'll ever meet in this hobby.
I used DONs tutorial on how to make coals loads…they work and look the best. Here is his video.
