The Legacy EM-1 | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I was running all the steam engines around the turn table to stretch all their legs and I pulled out the Legacy EM-1 painted up in the fantasy DMIR and man, I forgot how nice these are. Nice big articulated with great legacy sound and it has whistle steam. I think these came out 4 years ago and they were $1300 retail then but that’s steal compared to the $1700 and upwards for today’s legacy steam.

Several large dealers were blowing them out for just $750 back then too. There's quite a few of them out there...

Yeah, that was a weird Lionel setup where they announced up like 5 days before they shipped from Lionel. My store has 2 of them on the shelf
