With all the computer geniuses around you would think they could get it right the first time.  Maybe it was done in China ??   These computer people would make great bomb disposal people  - don't do it right  BOOM  !!   Next ?? Not that I will buy new but it would be nice to look at a catalog.

Well, it may have been a hard one to track down initially.   If you notice several of us, with identical devices reported having no issues as others were having issues.

Why would my iPhone 6 or iPad 2 be fine, when the next guy's iPhone 6 or iPad not be fine?  I don't have the answer to that.

Funny thing, the RTR catalog stops dead a few pages in on Lionels website. If I view the RTR catalog via Charles Ro's link I can flip though the whole catalog as fast as I want without any issue.

I can't get that one to work either. Can't even get to the catalog at all. Worse than the Lionel site! This is really pitiful!!!

I see that Lionel has divided the RTR catalog up into two parts. It works much better now, but, there are some missing pictures and some spread pages that are not seamless.

Somebody mentioned this earlier.  Go through Charlie Ro's site to access the catalogs.  Everything works fine through there.

Rusty

I haven't seen where anyone mentioned this earlier.

Could not find the 2016 catalogs on Ro's site.

Charles Ro has been revamping their website recently, and the home page has been restructured a bit.  Look in the lower right-hand box on the home page named, "Latest News from Charlie".  And one of the links will take you to the catalogs.

I also noticed today that Lionel has divided the RTR catalog into a Part 1 and Part 2, if you look at the catalogs directly on their website.  Perhaps that's been done to address the problem many folks had viewing the RTR catalog online, as it was close to 200 pages.

I was reviewing my profile this morning and saw this thread and it reminded me that historically, I have immediately ordered products from the new catalogues when they come out.

Because of the resolution problems, I have ordered nothing.

There are good products this time, but the momentum and initial excitement was wasted with poor execution.

A shame -

I wonder if this is common with the membership?

Clearly the resolution of the new catalog is bad. Had some friends who purchased N5b's from the last catalog and they were pretty upset when the produced items did not match the catalog image, where they were shown with painted matching trucks but delivered with black ones.
