the skyway and landing scenes

how would one create the skyway from back to the future as well cars coming in for a landing

where i find roads to paint NO LANDING zones on

how would i suspend cars in the air and make it look realistic

sorry i'm asking so many out of league questions but i'm trying to get a rough plan early so i have more time to build

trust me this layout is gonna be amazing if i can get it done

complete with long freight trains , rain , fog , a skyway , flying cars , and a large town that looks like my version of hill valley in the year 2035
