if you have tmcc/legacy signal issues it most likley it is not the system.
it is your house wiring.

Apparently the majority opinion was/is: there can be many things causing problems with TMCC, the house wiring being one of them. Trackage blocking signal to base unit, for example. Bad antenna setup in locomotive, not uncommon with non-Lionel products ... etc.
