I am attempting to run a TMCC engine thru my fixed channel on my TIU. Everything works as it is suppose to until I apply power to move the engine and nothing happens. I don't have a bell, whistle etc. yet the command base shows it is getting the signal. I can start up and shut down the engine the same as my MTH engines.

Please elaborate on how you have things hooked up.
You should have the Command Base interface cable connected between your TIU and the TMCC command base. This will send TMCC commands to your TMCC locomotive with the MTH Remote. Without it (unless you're using your Cab-1), the locomotive will only sit there.
Also, make sure the command base is connected to the TRANSFORMER common. The reason for this is that some TIU's don't have their common ports connected with one-another.
Gramps,
yet the command base shows it is getting the signal.
That indicates that you have things connected correctly between the TIU and the command base.
The problem is one of two things:
- The command base is not properly connected to the track
- You entered the engine's TMCC ID# incorrectly when you set up the TMCC engine in the DCS Remote.
Is this a new engine? If so, it should have a TMCC ID# of "1". If not, it can be anything. The best thing to do is to use the DCS Remote to change the TMCC ID# to something that you want it to be:
Menu/System/Engine Setup/Edit Engine/Edit Address and follow the prompts.
Note that the engine will need to be getting power after setting its Run/Prog switch to Prog, when instructed to do so.
