Hi.  As I mentioned elsewhere, we purchased some Menards lifesaver cars where the silver paint is just...missing. (See attached).  As I cannot replace it, I wish to touch up the paint to kind of hide the missing paint, if possible.  Is there any type of paint to avoid?  Is there any specific type of paint that works well?  Do I need reflective paint?

Before even attempting to fix these defective cars, I would contact Menards customer service.  There is no reason you should have to spend time & money to repair these defects.  Cars like these should have never left the factory!  Even though these are "sold out," they may have a fix for you.   I have had good luck with them correcting problems.   I dealt with Ray at:   customerservice@menardsoc.com
