I would like to know if 19 volts is to high coming out of 180 lionel block? Thanks

No.
Check your AC mains voltage - it should be commensurate, and as high as 126-127 volts at times.
Check the 19 volts when it is powering with a train. It'll probably go down.
Thanks guys the track voltage stays at 19 volts i just wanted to know if it affected legacy trains.
Most Legacy manuals specify 19 volts as the maximum.
Is there a device that i can use to control track voltage?

Lionel PowerMaster
do you need a power master bridge with legacy power master?
No, the Legacy PowerMaster Bridge is ONLY to provide Legacy control of older TMCC PowerMasters.
Thanks gunrunner on my way to order.
Dennis Blazetic,
The best way you control track voltage is with a real transformer like a ZW, KW or a Z4K where you can incresase and decrease voltage as required, the big draw back to Brick transformers is that they are not individually able to modify voltage output. If you want to modify voltage input to your tracks, use a real ZW type transformer with breakers between the transformers and the TIU if you also run DCS, and simply modify the voltage by raising or lowering the handles of the transformer. You can even control the old ZW's
by leaving the handles set to the voltage you most desire and turn them on and off with the Etekcity remote outlet switch, a great way to control your full layout.
This is just one of the reasons I do not use Bricks to control any of my layouts. The old ZW's or KW's are not that much money and work great, and give you multipule channels to adjust voltage from.
