Trailing Truck Identification

We are having a two person discussion on MTJ - seeking the name of this truck design. Please ignore the model - it is Hines Lines in very early stages of restoration.

If you check out the PSC O gauge catalogue, there is a Cole-Scoville trailing truck with 45" wheels. (part# 9141)

Got the answer. This is a modified Hodges design. The difference between Hodges and Cole is whether the leaf spring swings with the journal boxes or not. Cole uses sliding bearings, and was the precursor to the USRA design.
