Trains and railroad comm in WNC

Does anybody know if any trains have started to run anywhere in Western NC yet? They have finally started to repair the damaged and missing track and roadbed between Asheville and Hendersonville, CSX is repairing the 40 miles between Irwin TN and Marion NC, the Asheville Loops are being surveyed and investigated due to actual physical movement of the loops, and I have seen a shine to the rails of the Great Smoky Mountain railroad that is not only a tourist line but still serves a quarry on their line. Is there any radio traffic anywhere in WNC and if so what frequencies are in use?
