I just purchased a MTH steam engine for about 1/3 the cost of a new one and paid a little more for an "engine tune up". They installed a new BCR, lube etc.

The engine failed after about 15 min. of run time, I E Mailed the problem, they sent a Fed X call tag, boxed it up & shipped it back. Just got it back and it works perfect.

Outstanding price and service & the turn around time was about 1 week. These people are GREAT! I'm well pleased with all the items I've purchased from Trainz.

Shhhhh, no no thats a terrible place to buy a train. I wouldn't recommend it

Besides they hit you with that final 15% fee

Well they shipped me the wrong item this week.The last engine I bought wasn't nib like posted . Not a fan ATM of them
