Transition track

I am adding a trolley line to my layout. Some of the track will be EZ Street track by Bachmann. Some will be Atlas, in an area that elevates to go over a bridge. Is there any type of transition track made that allow the transition from Atlas to EZ street track.......or do I need to be "creative"? Thanks

You can butt the different track sections by cutting the ends of each flush. Shim to equalize the rail heads, and add jumper wires for electrical continuity.
