The atlas trolley is my favorite among commercially available trolleys. It is a nice little unit. But none run really slow: may be 20-25 mph the slowest?. I posted pictures of a converted Corgi Birney in another thread. I built it to run as slow as 12 mph and it is a jewel.
Lee,
When you put that drive in the Corgi Birney, did you have to get rid of the sideframe detail? I can't tell from your pictures.
Thanks,
Jeff C

Yes, in my photos it is missing. The reason is that the chassis I converted it to is from the WBB panel van, which has a wheelbase a bit longer than the Corgi model did, so the original side-frames don't look good re-installed - too short. I plan to either lengthen the side frames or make new ones: the bottom of the trolley is plastic and it would be easy to either screw the new side-frames on or glue them: there is enough room, barely, either way.
I figured it was a wheelbase issue. Even without the sideframes that video still looked good!
