Truck removal NS 7203

I need to remove the front truck on NS 7203 / 6-28240 in order to repair a broken pick-up wire. This is an earlier (2004) truck with can motor that does not turn 90 degrees for removal. I have the shell off and one obvious screw under the truck removed, however the truck remains firmly attached to the motor. Anyone have experience with this?

There is another screw on the top of the truck I believe. You can access it thru the slot in the frame.
