TVS's on o27 5121/22 switches?

I notice sparking as my train goes over the switches. ( where insulated pin is on inside rails of switch) Surprisingly the loco does not appear to spark but many of the cars do as they pass by.

Should I put TVS's on my switches? Would I put 2, 1 one each terminal to the ground terminal?

I do have TVS's on all lockons. I am using a ZW-C with Command base and CAB1. Thanks; Don
