Twenty Plus years old layout gets update. | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

This my third layout built in this house and was built some twenty plus years ago. I built this layout with Lionel CAB-1 control system with seven independent loops of track on five different levels. Layout dimensions of 14 ft by 18 ft. Over the years I have upgraded to CAB-2 system and last year added the MTH DCS, but never have made any changes to the layout or scenery. After twenty years I have decided to make some changes to improve operations a storage on the layout, with a small extension and some track revisions. Follow along and see my progress.

That's a fine looking layout, and the changes will really make operating it a lot more fun!
