Thanks Jon, that's been a long time coming, glad you posted it!
The $64,000 question is, will be continue to be able to get these tires?
Thank you. Great source of information. Joe
Thanks John appreciate the latest tire list !

Thanks!
Thanks for posting, glad to have updated chart. Just disappointing as a MTH Service Center we get it via OGR rather than from MTH Service....

Well, I got a request from an ASC so I figured no one published it yet. With Jason gone you won't be getting many (if any) service updates. Parts (including tires) will be available through the group that takes over parts.

I haven't heard anything about this "group" since the original announcement months ago, so that doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. It would be nice if some details of how they're handling this stuff would be released. A lot of people are getting anxious about what will happen with their MTH stuff when they need parts, and I have no answers to give them.
Another thanks post from me.

Two employees from MTH will be heading it up. Scouting for warehouse locations now.
JonG,
Any updates to the MTH Common Parts List? Last one from 1/14/2016.

Thanks, it's good to hear there's some action behind the scenes. I must admit, I view with some trepidation when the doors close down there, wondering if there will be sufficient volume to keep electronic parts flowing. I have this fear that the prices will double and suddenly make the DCS very unattractive.
The traction tire listing has been on the website at least since July because I printed a copy in early August. I spoke to a person at MTH a couple of weeks back and there was a deal be negotiated for someone or group that was consider picking up the entire MTH line. Where that stands at this date I have no clue.
Thanks. This is very helpful for matching tires and I'm happy to hear there may be movement on keeping some form of MTH alive. Every time I run DCS engines, rolling stock & accessories, I find myself dumfounded thinking about how such a vast array of quality products and artistry could possibly die within a year. Seems surreal and even illogical.
Thanks Jon

I hope this is true. I hate to think about losing MTH.

Jon,
Thanks for the list!
On the tinplate forum a member asks if any of the Dorfan #1134 steam locomotives had traction tires. To the best of your knowledge, did any have them?
Bob Nelson
The sample PS2 drive blocks I have don't have tires. I believe since the boilers are cast, they are heavy enough that traction tires are not needed.

Sam, are you aware of this list on the MTH site?
