Using Super O Insulated Tracks with DCS

Trying to activate postwar accessories (gateman, x-ing gate, etc) using insulated track.   Works fine when the simple loop of track is not connected to DCS.  

Using an insulated track does not have anything at all to do with DCS.

What brand of track are you using and exactly how are you attempting to do this?

I am using a circle of super o track 5’ x 9’.  Four power districts, all connected to fixed 1.

Center rail is isolated on all power districts.  One DCS power feed per block.

Common ground is connected on the inside outer rail.  Insulated track sections (with non metallic pins) are on the outside rail.

That sounds fine. How are the accessories connected?

Note that if you're using a separate power supply for the accessories, that power supply must be in phase with the track power supply and the two power supply's must have their Common terminals connected.

The accessory ground is to the insulated track.  Accessory power is to a KW fixed 14 volt post.

Track power is via a Lionel Powerhouse 180.

I didn’t have the various power sources Common Terminals connected!
