I have a functioning Legacy system. I just purchased an older locomotive with TMCC and had it checked out. My question is, do I need another module or something else to be able to operate the locomotive with my Legacy Controller?

Since Legacy is an extension of TMCC, you should be able to operate the TMCC locomotive just like any other Legacy unit, minus the extra features inherent in the newer system. No extra hardware needed.

No. Just make sure the Info->Control tab is set to TMCC.
Note the control type defaults to Legacy when you change something in the configuration, so you have to make sure it's TMCC for your MCC locomotive to operate.
