If they are, just touch the heads with your soldering iron and warm them up a wee bit, .....they’ll back right out,.....a resistance soldering station, makes very short work of heavy loctited screws,......

Some are harder than others. Not sure why they used loctite on both the Vision and CC Niagaras. Most all the friction is on the bushings.

Alan’s bearing covers arrived yesterday. Alan is a master of the 3D printing and laser cutting devices available to us today. After sanding some material off the backside to make them as thin as possible and some silver paint this what we have now. From top to bottom, the stock screw and rod bushing, my dimpled allen screw and modified rod bushing and Alan’s resin covers. They are very close to the prototype, wish I could post a picture, but anyone who has “Know Thy Niagaras” can verify. With some nickel colored paint they would be a closer match. I am very grateful for Alan’s efforts.
