I'm looking for industrial wall mounted lamps with shades, as you would see outside an engine shed or doorway. Just can't remember where I've seen them. Anyone know?

Thanks Joe, I'm looking for large quantities of them. The Walthers model shown in another reply is what I'm after, but I checked and they are discontinued.
Dave Plastruct has the kits with the shades and tubing to make the door/window/accent lighting you wish to build, their catalog can be found online.
I use the ones from Miniatronics as seen above the door in this picture. I twist the wires and form it to the shape I want the wire to be.
