Our Weaver Little Joe has never really ran well, so we contacted Weaver and asked about paying for an out-of-warranty repair as no one in this area wanted to handle it.

 

Weaver said "sure, send it in and we'll check it out."

 

Came back today with a new Lionel Cruise Control to replace the defective K-line one ... .installed and tested ... NO CHARGE!

 

I was blown away by this above-the-call repair!

 

It says Weaver is proud of their products and STANDS BEHIND THEM!!

 

My hats off to them and I'm awaiting the next catalog from Weaver!
