I came across this very absorbing website discussing American Flyer displays. There's great information and photography covering a wide variety of static displays and operating layouts built for the showroom , department stores and dealers....fascinating stuff.

Cool site. I've been looking for a source of classic Flyer layout plans and that's exactly what I've been looking for. I really like the 28113 layout. Thanks for posting the link

There are some very cool layouts on the site. I own a #351 I acquired a few years ago and brought it back to it's original configuration. It's fully operational and it can be quite soothing to go run it when I just need to get away from the grind. I'll post a couple of pictures when I get a chance.
