Here is a video of my new k-line B&O classic 2 bay ribbed coal hopper i got today.
hello chessie1971............
That's a nice 2 bay hopper as it looks close copy of the postwar lionel hopper ? I wondered what those large "XXX" markings on the side mean ? Perhaps moonshine whiskey ?

Tiffany i found out that the x's suppose mean the car was 50 years old there was high demand in coal in the 70's and 80's there was shortage on coal hoppers. The the way i understand it chessie system was only suppose to use them not any other railroad.
BTW Thanks Tiffany!!!!

Nighttime running session.
My friends MTH SD70Ace and my own MTH 'Ace' lash-up.
My son and I just made a new video. It has a MTH SD40-2 premier and a Railking Challenger.
