Halloween is this coming Monday, so if you have Halloween photos this would be a good place to post them on this weeks WEEKEND PHOTO FUN.
For the last two years I have been running trains during my church's Halloween event. Monday I will be doing that once again. Here are some pictures from last year;

I spent a day this week up on the NS Pokey again ( my new favorite railfan spot!) Still have a ton of shots to go through but it was awesome up there. Moving on Monday - so excited to just get this over with!

The last day for my floor railway is tonight Here is one of the last trains to leave the station pulled by my new CNJ H16-44

Charlotte, NC -
NS Dash-9 9321 leads Atlanta bound 213 through Charlotte Junction with the Charlotte skyline visible in the background

Maybeury, WV-
NS J57 heads westbound through Maybeury, WV with a new ET44AC & AC44C6M in the consist

Keystone, WV -
NS 17M passes the Bluestone Coal Company as it heads westbound through the town of Keystone, WV

Shawsville, VA -
A lone SD40-2 heads westbound through Shawsville, VA running long hood forward

Thanks Joe! Yes chessie run both ways short or long hood foward and yes thats permanent layout at the club.Thanks Matt!!!! Matt yes i know i can get black paint but just trying to give Midge to find one but if not i may have too. Joe forgot to mention we had over 500 parents and children go thru last night. They had business's on main street giving out candy plus we did too. One member told me they had 700 pieces of candy it was all gone.

As some of you know I have been building small Westinghouse and GE electrics for my mining short line. Over the years I collected Japanese Brass shells and put K-line S-2 running gear in them. This is the first one I did of three. A few years ago I sold off the extra shells as I figured I would only need two small electric for the line and keep the third as back-up. This first one had a Lionel pantograph; That has been changed to a scale pan. Donsteeplecab2
