Scott, I saw where you started 8 hours ago and on the wrong list, you just hadn't fully awaken yet, you may have still been a little cloudy. 
Thanks for starting WPF, I always look forward to each weeks posts and pics. It's one of my favorite threads. Rod I agree with you about Max, he was lucky to have received it, especially at this time of the year. My UPS driver back in El Paso, TX said he's just worn to a frazzle each night when he gets home because they have so much extra work at Christmas time.

Hey Peter, great set of photos, don't you just love that little 4-6-6, I've got one and its one of my favorite engines, I'm putting together an NYC mail train with a couple of express reefers to go at the head end. It's a great runner and smoker, I wish I could find the K-Line model of it too. Enjoy your weekend.

Rush hour begins! 
Docksider waits for final tractor to be unloaded and ramps removed before it can pull the open end boxcar off the siding and couple onto the train waiting on adjacent track. 
The caboose track. 
Unloading cases of fresh seafood from the Chesapeake Bay from express refer to truck. 
NP's 'North Coast Limited' is a handsome train in freight or passenger. Here are K-Line's F7's pulling a couple of die cast cars. The GM&O streamliners on the 2nd track are also Williams 72' cars that we run behind my Atlas GM&O F3's. Nice to see that other manufacturers are beginning to release locomotives this beautiful road name. I hope to acquire some E units someday. Wish Lionel would make 21" cars in this livery...
Is everyone sleeping in this morning? I posted the above about 45 minutes ago. LOL
Here are our GM&O F3's mentioned above with the Williams passenger cars. Makes for a nice train. Just noticed that this is the same area of the layout that's in my first photo above (different angle) of the NP Alco PA set that is now almost finished. We've since added electrical power poles with string along the far left track.
Are there two WEEKEND PHOTO FUN 12-10-21? Which one is primary?
The one on the photo album forum is where it is supposed to be. I put in on the main forum by mistake. By the time I realized it, I couldn't move it. Other people had already started to post to it, I didn't want to delete anyone's photos. So here we are.

The Polar Express Berk meets the Polar Bi-Polar. The Bi-Polar is off loading gifts, reindeer food, and coal.
I posted this in the scenery forum as well, but wanted to share progress on my representation of Boston Fish Pier served by the Union Freight railroad. I am building up scenery sections to be combined into a layout some day, or maybe a modular club...
Aren't we supposed to be over here?
Its been said many times that the trains and layouts of our youth get packed away when other interests overtake the trains. While not the only reason, my grandson and I packed up his trains and buildings this past week. At 21 he stills enjoys trains, but car projects are his current interest. He’s restored his ‘87 Dodge Ram D150, helped me finish my ‘63 Thunderbird and has a ‘65 Plymouth Valiant restomod project in the works. We spent many hours working on the layout together and although it’s gone, we'll have the memories forever.
