Don't forget to stop by the Black Hall at York next week to see the National Capital Trackers as we take over the ENTIRE hall.
Spent last week in NJ visiting family & friends & doing some railfanning.
Picked up these babies at my old LHS up there -
Awesome set of 2383 F3s & a 3656 Cattle Car

Great photos! Thank you!
I have a 2026 my daughter picked up at a thrift store and gave me last Christmas. It is on my Ceiling Central RR, which I had to settle for until one of the daughters move out. Then I will start building my Allegheny and Adirondack Railroad layout.
The maiden passage across my trestle bridge. Good news no floor hits.
Bryan,
I'm glad to see the impressive trestle you have been building. It is even more impressive with that high end motive power on it! I'm glad there were no crashes into the gulch!!
Bryan:
Just a beautiful new trestle. I also like your selection of engines making the inaugural trip.
Found a link to the DPLA (Digital Public Library of America) and this photo.
Seems like I've seen it before, but the site has many prototype photos that are great for modeling because they include all the background and foreground clutter that pro photos edit out or are composed to exclude.

Yes, 1953. The whole set was together. I forget the number; I have it written down somewhere. It does run nice. How many things that are 60 years old are still in such fine operating condition? I don't know that even I am.
Running an oldie this morning & real narrow gauge trains in South Africa.
Action on the Seattle & Yakima RR
Thanks Bob, I am glad you liked the Western Pacific in front of the CZ.
I got real lucky the other day, I bought these ZW's for $75 each! The fellow was moving to New Jersey.
Real nice Charlie!
Something about those old B&W industrial building signs that really take me back in time.
Great modeling as always!

Nice Mural of Philly Joe!
Nite club on top of Al's
Beautiful scene John!
I like added visor too.
I would add a strip of grass down the middle of the road along with some accents of ruts and mud puddles.
Everyone have safe travels out to York next week! Looking forward to Thursday!

Andy, great editing job on your video and a treasure to Pat's modeling skills.

Patrick,
I cannot imagine what it takes to dismantle and package such a great layout. I wish you the best in building a new layout. Your modelling skills are fantastic.
Andy
Now that is some really nice modeling.
all those scenes are attention grabbers.
My favorite - the coal mine diorama.
Andy,
Nice job !!!
Matt - That is a terrific photo of Beanslaiw. Excellent asphalt road. Coordinated period detail. And, excellent lighting and color in the photo. Thank you for showing us how to take a great shot.
