Thanks Brian...That's 6 mm Static grass from Scenic Express applied directly to wet fusionfiber. Static grass makes a big difference on a scene.

Just a beautiful job on this structure.

Now that my bar is mostly finished I started roughing in the track. I finished assembling my new Atlas bridge this week.

 

 

Happy Easter everyone from the SF Bay Area.  These are G gauge trains and displays in the garden.  The SF Painted Lady houses are made from cereal boxes.

Thanks guys. I can not take any credit for this particular building. A friend of mine did this one for me. Billy from Billy's Buildings completed the work. He does fantastic work and I've been learning a lot from him. I am currently working on a hobo scene for my layout. It's going to great and hopefully I will have it done in a few weeks.
Mark, the Champion Coal Co. Logo was just a printed one from the internet and cut out and glued to the building.  I've been learning a lot about weathering and I'm starting to get into my comfort zone. The grain elevator I did come out good and the other buildings come out good but the hobo scene I'm doing is going to be awesome.

The logo turned out very good.  I'm glad you are getting comfortable weathering.
