I much as I enjoy my multi-level tinplate layout at the club, I am reminded of the dangers of a layout like this.Copyofoops

1)Tinplate trains tend to stay coupled if they derail.catinthehatsmileyrolleyes

2) Trains that derail have to stop somewhere. catinthehatmad

I only got to spend about 4 hours in York yesterday making it the quickest York trip ever. This is a layout in Orange Hall.

You do an exquiste job capturing the simple scenes and life that make up central Pennsylvania.

I spent the last week out in San Fransisco for work so I really didn't get to make any progress on the scenery front. I did finish the scene in front of the interlocking tower before I left though.  The NH F3s and 2025 decided to be the first engines to pose for pics in the new scene.

I also found time to run some trains - 1983 GN FARR #3 set, 1975 Spirit of America set and 1985 uncatalogued Wabash GP9 with some woodside reefers.
