Two wonderful photos. Weekend Photo Fun, the best!
Thanks PTC, I also liked the AD MAN's photo.
That scene says so much. Lots of things going on in the big city!
Roger has some nice rust stains on the concrete as well!
Thanks SIRT....that means a lot coming from one of the masters!!

GREAT PHOTO'S THIS WEEK
Pictures from last week.
South Rim of the Grand Canyon.
The Pittsburgh connection.
A couple of bridges across the Colorado River that most have never seen. Note the train, (mule train) Of the almost 4.5 million that visit Grand Canyon National Park each year, way less than 1% ever make it to the bottom. Permitted access would indicate probably no more than 120,000.
Black Bridge South Kiabab trail. All mules cross this bridge. The Silver bridge will not support the mule trains.
Silver bridge on the Bright Angel Trail. Trans-canyon water system is under this bridge.
Now we are talking, Alan. Looking at this great photo makes waiting for the Lionel Daylight Cab Forward more difficult. Maybe Lionel will have one of them at their display next month.

Roger, what brand are those Frisco engines?
Also, is that a scratch built tunnel?
Looks like you are doing something interesting with it!
Chipset:
The TS E units are by Lionel and were part of a set with 21" passenger cars.
My guess is the bridge is by TW Designs.

Chipset, these engines are from Lionel. The tunnel I got from TW Design and then I put a 1 way and a 2 way mirrors in the tunnel.
Scott,
Nice pictures. Thank you for starting this off every week. This is my favorite thread.
Great pictures everyone.
Alan Graziano
Alan, you keep tempting me with pictures of your world class layout. WOW.
Steam engine:
What a wonderful price for this terrific engine. Hope you have many years of enjoyment with the 1225.
Stew and his track crew have stepped back away from the track as NYC RS1 #8105 rolls onto the Moreland River Bridge. Stew's men are not quite finished with their work so the engineer has sent his brakeman up front to observe, as he eases his train across.
The next morning, a New York Central freight led by GP-7 #5628 makes its way across the bridge after passing the Williamsport Station on the Mid-Atlantic Railway System.
Hope everyone has a good weekend! Bo

Very easy to put together and paint. The mirrors were my idea and that toke more time to think thru and actually do it. I loved the way it turned out though and thanks for your interest.
Pennsylvania Aero Train passing through Jeannette, PA during the mid 1950's
Last weekend's stop in Green Bay on the way back from Door County. The National Railroad Museum is a must see!!!
lehighline, thanks for posting that photo of Reading units.
Retired Reading Conductor George Ether made Reading cabooses from K-Line cabooses. He had a table at York under the grandstand, and he wore his uniform. I enjoyed talking to him.
