I'm going to the Lionel warehouse event this weekend and would be glad to look for items you are searching for. I know someone was looking for the Legacy Hotel and they had some last time.

If they have the item I'll give you a call with the particulars. Keep in mind that you will have to pay NC sales tax which I think is around 7% unless they accept my PA sales tax license.
