I bought this like new DT&I 9025 work caboose and no # crane car. The crane car is built on a 9020-4 flat car. I would think this a home built but the crane cab is molded in orange color, with Lionel logo's. A Google search was no help so I reach out to you forum members for input.

Great call. You can see where the base of the crane was cut and glued to the work caboose platform. Pretty neat. A new Lionel crane model. Nice looking custom car.
