What Type Lionel Transformer Is This?

This transformer is pictured in a for-sale listing on Facebook, not my photo- but I’ve never seen one quite like this. Note the two sets of posts and the red switch- what kind of transformer is this? Thanks in advance!

I that is the 4060. It provides DC or AC as conditions merit. The switch reverses DC polarity.
