It seems everyone has a pet item they would like to see produced, including myself.
The GE 44 toner has the most mentions, I would expect that hasn’t gone unnoticed by the manufactures. I am happy with the amount of stuff available like wagon top boxcars and cabooses and the almost endless verity of rolling stock and locomotives.
Some items I think that have a large marketing potential are O scale sized illuminated street lamps. O gaugers, more than the smaller scales, love to do night scenes on their layouts.
I also wouldn’t mind a McKeen railcar lettered for the Rochester Buffalo & Pittsburgh Ry. I am certain, if I wait long enough all my wishes will come true.
Not asking for much here, but -

I wish they would make the headlights brighter on both steam engines and diesels, to cast a beam on the rails ahead. That looks so good, especially when running with the room lights out. And in DCS, have the ability to dim the light if the operator wishes.

I wish they would put operating front couplers on steam locomotives.

I don't mind the radio chatter, but please stop wasting all the good audio time on the assinine crew talk. How about some useful sound effects, like the sound of water rushing into the tender tank when we stop at the water tower. Or sound effects of filling the sand bins, or coal falling into the tender as we park beside our coaling towers. A long blast of steam being released. A work crew sequence, with hammers on iron, hydraulic oil pumps, impact wrenches, and scrubbing or scraping sounds. It would be nice to be able to push and hold a button on the DCS remote for flange squeals as a consist goes through a tight curve. Or Rich Melvin from the 765 cab window shouting "Get that lashup spotted - now!"

And finally .... PLEASE dump the "Train Wreck" sound effect. What a waste of electricity! Why would we even want a train wreck sound? Are we supposed to smack the engine over when we use that? People don't just get up and brush themselves off after a train wreck, and say things like "Are you all right?" Okay then, back to work.

You mean blow it up right, especially that lazy *** that keeps telling everyone to check the compressor. Bada Bing

I like the crew talk from Atlas . Press the button for crew and you get "@#$%^&^&**()))__+_+)*&^%$" I don't know what they're saying I just hope it's not
"You idiot you paid to much for this engine" The tower guy must be from Texas cause I've never heard "All clear for departure" said so slowly in my life.

That's it that's all you get . Having crew talk in your engine is like the only 2 days out of ownership that you love owning a boat. The day you get it....and the day you get rid of it.

Please make these Genesis diesels with the paint schemes shown and matching passenger cars.  The paint scheme on top is extremely hard to find and sells for way above msrp when posted on ebay.  One engine was quickly pulled and did not even have a chance for a bid since someone must have offered more than the starting price.

Please make a FIXED PILOT and scale wheels version.  The best of all worlds would be to have a replaceable fixed pilot so we could keep the hi-rail wheels and only replace the front pilot for looks and leave the B unit alone with the hi-rail coupler.    This would make a huge improvement for making it look realistic.  The rest of the engine has great detail and looks realistic, but when you see a photograph from the front the big gap and huge coupler greatly take away from that realism.
