Wheel for lionel 161 baggage cart.

Does anyone know where I could pick up a wheel (used/new) for a Lionel 161 baggage cart (same wheel is use on the 157 hand truck and dump truck)?

Looked on various web sites but it is not listed.

Someone out bid me on a broken cart on eBay.
