Ping, I think the best bet is make your own., All you need is a 2mm LED or smaller, a piece of brass tubing the fits closely over the LED and some brass sheet, maybe .010" for the base. TOMAR makes working markers but they are the more typical heavyweight style that mounts on the rear corners.
