Lionel uses brake wheels on the accessories that have pipes with valves. See, for example, the oil derrick.
I thought of that and none of the Derrick parts lists showed these.
Actually I may have have found at north Lima trainworks.
You can check at a Fabric store like Joeann's for snaps that are used in clothing. They come in various sizes and colors. They come on cardboard and when you seperate the two pieces you get two valve wheels.
