Always seem to get stuck. Please someone look at this pics and tell me where its wrong Because the whistle works but it won't blow the way I have it wired
Hard to see from the pictures. You would be better off drawing your own diagram. Then you could see how it works. What I do not see is how the whistle relay frame is getting grounded. With out that there is no ground to either reply coil or motor.
Clean out the whistle chamber(s), blowing out all of the tinsel, pine needles & pet hair, check that the chambers are sealed and the impeller is clean & clear, clean the commutator, and perform lubrication maintenance(synthetic oil) at both ends of the armature(use a needle oiler to reach bottom bushing).
Yes I did all of that. The whistles works when I attache clips to the power input tab and ground it But when I put it on the track no luck. I wonder since the whistle chamber is plastic and not metal whether then if the relay is grounded. When I use metal whistle chambers I don't have a problem
