I will be there.
Thanks for posting Tom. Now that I know about it, I'll probably show up.
I'll be around.
Nice tent sale. About a half dozen or so vendors. I didn’t buy much. A few diecast cars, some odds and ends, an RSME boxcar. Gave away a few things that I will never use. And enjoyed talking with John, Tom and two Harrys.
It was a good event, hopefully it'll happen again. However, if the plan comes to pass, next year that parking lot will be filled with the shop extension, so that may preclude any more tent sales there.
Sure glad to hear there may be an extension on the shop. That means they aren't going anywhere.

Easy enough to get a permit for the parking lot or park across the street. Heck, we can play a charity baseball game...Lord knows I've umpired enough games on that field for 40 yrs old plus leagues. The train show can be a side event. 😉

My first time to the Henning's shop. Extremely well stocked shop with walls of drawers in two rooms full of thousands of parts. I was so amazed when someone brought in an unusual Lionel flat with a missing part on the load. Harry took one glance at it, walked along the wall then stopped and reached into the exact drawer where several of the odd ball parts were on the first try. Like a magic trick.
The place is loaded with track and switches in all scales plus tons of rolling stock. Their vendor accommodation was superb.
Overhearing several conversations but with different Harry's, one could tell these guys really know their stuff.
Neat all scale display layout at the front door. Plus, A CLEAN BATHROOM TO BOOT!!
All in all a great day in a great store.
Was there also and had Harry do a fix on my N&W J, was glad to see the post so I knew Harry would be there and get the fix. He knows just what to do! Made one purchase from the great deals outside at the tent sale, had to control myself and keep my pocketbook in check.

Harry is like a computer index file, he knows those parts cold! It boggles my mind when I ask for something odd and he just points to the drawer it's in.
I was there and picked up a pair of the scale GG1 truck sides.
How was this promoted? I got interested while reading this, then realized it had ALREADY happened.
I couldn't make it this past weekend, too dang busy. I will have to see about popping out that way sometime in the near future, maybe spring?
