Who Paints Trains these Days?

I am in need of a professional model painter to paint a repair I did to MTH PS2 Q2 Tender. The tender fell off my shelf when I was taking the loco out. It was an accident. I fixed the metal. And I acutally painted the repair using floquil 110034 Brunswick Green Paint. I have come close with hand brush painting but when I apply the gloss coat it does not look right. I need a professional to do the paint repair. Anybody do this anymore? I could use the painting help. Please advise. Thanks, Phil
