Not complaining, just curious. Did my first York trip this weekend. While cruising the aisles, I heard an announcement that no photography was allowed in the halls. I was talking to someone at the time, and he said that until recently, cell phones weren’t allowed either. Does anyone know the reasons why? Can’t really see me taking time to take pictures in there anyway, I was just wondering what brought the rules into being.

Photos are allowed in the vendor halls now just not in the member halls. It was my impression it's a privacy thing. But I took a lot of picks in the dealer halls.

No photos so a wife does not see her husband on social media at a train show after he told her he was going on a three day religious retreat.

You mean,.....you mean it's NOT a religious retreat?????
Religious=Devout
Devout..."Dedicated, devoted, committed, loyal, faithful, staunch, genuine, firm, steadfast, unwavering, sincere, wholehearted, keen, enthusiastic, zealous, passionate, ardent, fervent, active"...etc., etc., blah, blah
Sounds spot on for me!
Oh, wait.......it's not a retreat!!! It's a MEET!!
Darn! Foiled again!!
BUSTED!!!
