Thank you for your interest Jeff, and I sincerely hope you are not in the same boat.  I do realize all companies and employees have a bad day, but I do seem to be batting a big goose egg in this particular instance.  It's tough to swallow because I am unabashedly a big fan of everything MTH.  It was a gift of their Premier Amtrak Aluminum cars that got me head long back into this hobby one year ago.  I will be posting the update.

Yes John...I sure would hope that would be a given, if I went the repair route a third time.  Then my immediate concern would be back on the original problem.

 

I've been thinking about the fact that now it cannot be tested after its second trip back to MTH, given the additional damage.  Unfortunately it makes my debating what they did, did not do, or should have done a moot point.
